North Fairview Farms Power Project
Thank you to the efforts of the neighborhoods former Commons Director, Jake Louden, the neighborhood now has independent power sources at the entrance signs and in Millbrook Park. This major improvement project was completed in September 2024 and aids in the lighting of our entrances signs, illuminating holiday lights displays, assists in making our neighborhood events quieter, and expands event possibilities.
As the project was completed prior to the neighborhood picnic in September of 2024, the event was quieter and cleaner than ever before. With the power sources in the park, residents no longer need to be relied up to plug into houses which made the movie night in the park so easy. Holiday/Winter lights were able to be installed in the park to make nightly winter walks easier.
Thank you so much for the efforts of Jake Louden for this expansive project that as helped to improve North Fairview Farms.

Stonington Park Project
A french drain was recently installed in Stonington Park which is the common area located south of Cedaredge and north of Stonington Court. This was done to improve the drainage of the water from the area after large rainstorms. The area was dug out the length of the common area. The stream and drainage area located at the east end of the common area was also dug out. Check out the pictures below to see the work that was done. Work was completed by The French Drain Man. https://frenchdrainman.com
