Friendly Reminder:
In the interest of preserving the pleasing aesthetics of our NFF neighborhood…we are respectfully reminding everyone to please refrain from placing your trash, recycling and yard waste at curbside no more than 24 hours prior before the day of the scheduled pick up. In addition, if your lawn mowing service is bagging your grass clippings, please direct them to take the necessary steps that will satisfy this request as well.

Trash, recycling, and waste cans are to be stored out of sight when not at the curb for pick up.  Areas for storage could be on the side of your home or in your garage.
Please do not leave them in the front of your home.

 From the NFFHOA DECLARATION
OF COVENANTS. CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS

Please be mindful of your speed when driving through the neighborhood. There are many walkers (with and without dogs), runners, bikers, and children using our streets along with the vehicles. Let's all work together to keep each other safe on our neighborhood streets.
